Who Should Attend: Administrators, Teachers, Librarians, Support Staff and Office Professionals
The convention is planned to increase the effectiveness of administrators, teachers and support staff through biblical training in Christian school philosophy, teaching practices and servant leadership.
- All those attending will learn effective strategies to improve ministry to students and their families.
- Administrators will gain effective principles and strategies for successful operation of the Christian school ministry.
- Teachers will gain classroom teaching skills/principles that will increase student retention and application of the concepts taught. Learning will be applicable to a variety of grade levels and subject areas.
- Support Staff will gather useful information to implement new practices and programs while being encouraged in the areas of daycare, food services, library, office management and security.
